STHSA
We are a (soon to be non-profit) organization that provides fun and fair equine competitions for all ages and abilities in the South and Central Texas regions. We offer opportunities for riders to further their education in horsemanship, to see the progression of skills over time, and to provide an atmosphere of camaraderie in competition that can make memories—and friendships—that last a lifetime.
We offer All Breed Open Horse Shows, Ranch/Stock Horse Shows, Speed Events and Playdays in Seguin, Texas as well as Hunter/Jumper Competitions in Converse Texas.
Open show classes include Showmanship, Pleasure, Trail, Hunter Under Saddle, Hunt Seat Equitation and more. All breeds are welcome, and we have classes for miniature horses as well.
Our Ranch Show focuses on the versatility, attitude, and movement of a working horse and is a relaxed and fun contest.
Our playday includes cloverleaf barrels, straightaway barrels, and poles. We encourage every rider to be safe, do their best, respect the efforts of others and have a great time!
